The problem with agency overhead
DEEGEE were producing world-class music videos then waiting on an agency to publish them.
In live music, timing is everything. Our first rebuild put publishing in their own hands and cut publishing overhead by 85%. The next step was to hand them the whole site.
Off Webflow, onto Sanity and Next.js
We migrated DEEGEE from Webflow to a headless stack: Sanity for content and Next.js for the front end.
Every video, credit and project moved across intact. The custom video player came with it, rebuilt natively so viewers stay in the flow of discovery rather than bouncing off to external sites.
Handed over, agent-enabled
We didn't just hand over a login. We handed over the whole stack set up for AI agents, so the DEEGEE team can run their site from Claude.
The codebase, content model and deploys are all documented and wired up for an agent to work in. Publishing a new video, rewriting a page or changing the design is now a conversation, not a support ticket.
DEEGEE own their site end to end, with no agency in the loop unless they want one.
